Today the Globe and Mail has an
article on changes to both federal and provincial laws governing not for profit organizations. Please follow the link to read the details - but it may mean changes to our bylaws over the next 2 years to comply. We'll be looking to groups like the OHA to find out what changes may be required, but if you work with another non-profit that has already worked through these changes we'd love to hear from you!
This will be a great guide for the non-profits group and they will have a great benefit provincial and governmental too. Hope to see the positive results.
